Joyce Wilson

Joyce Wilson was appointed El Paso’s first City Manager in August 2004. El Paso is the 22nd largest city in the United States and the largest U.S. City along the Mexican/US border. El Paso is a full-service municipality. The annual operating budget is in excess of $500 million with a 6200-employee workforce. Prior to the El Paso appointment, Joyce was the Deputy County Manager for Arlington, Virginia since 2002. In this capacity, she functioned as the Chief Operating Officer for the County and was responsible for all day-to-day operations. Before joining Arlington County government, Joyce Wilson was City Administrator of Yuma, Arizona since July 1994. Joyce was Assistant City Manager/Chief of Staff for the City of Richmond, Virginia, where she served for nearly 15 years in various capacities.

Sharee English

Sharee English has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Consultant for over 15 years, with a background in web technologies. She has been immersed in SharePoint for the last several years and has written the deployment white paper on Microsoft’s deployment of SharePoint. Sharee was recently awarded the title of Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (M.V.P.) for SharePoint. This recognition is bestowed on those individuals who have risen to the top of their respective field of technology and are recognized for their contributions to their field. There are only 1,500 M.V.P.s in the world, and only 120 focused on SharePoint.

Jerry Pacheco

Mr. Pacheco is Executive Director of the International Business Accelerator, an import/export international trade counseling center program of the New Mexico Small Business Development Network. The IBA has offices in Santa Teresa and Silver City, New Mexico and in Chihuahua City, Chihuahua. Since its establishment in November of 2003, the IBA has assisted more than 600 clients from Mexico and the U.S. Currently; Mr. Pacheco is the President of Global Perspectives Integrated, a New Mexico-based international trade and project management firm (1996 to the present). A selection of Global Perspectives’ clients includes Cementos de Chihuahua, the Public Service Company of New Mexico, SABRAE (the Brazilian Furniture Association), the U.S. Department of Commerce, and World Photo Press, along with a host of smaller companies.
